Processing time
To ensure the lowest possible amount of waste, Ode to Sunday products are made to order in our studio. Please give us 1-2 weeks for your order to be made by our meticulous tailors. When the order is ready, your package will reach you in 2-5 days or 2-4 weeks depending on your chosen shipping method at checkout. The processing time is approximate - it depends on the order size and the country you're living in.

Payment is processed in the same way as a normal order. Feel free to ask for your order fulfillment status.

- All prices are shown in Euros.
- Please provide a secure daytime delivery address.
- You have two shipping methods: Standard Shipping (Lithuanian Regular Post) and DHL Express.
- All parcels which are over 250 EUR will be shipped through DHL Express.
- A signature is needed upon delivery.
- We are unable to mark an item as “gift“ or state a false value of the package. It is illegal and we can be punished for doing so.
- When your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with details and tracking information when available.
- When using Standard shipping, orders can be tracked through your countries post website.*
- Orders shipped through DHL Express can be tracked through the official DHL website here.

* Unfortunately tracking is not working in Australia and Canada at the moment.

Free shipping
-  Standard shipping is free for purchases over 150 EUR.
DHL Express shipping is free for purchases over 250 EUR.

-  Free shipping will be applied automatically during checkout.

Customs and import duties
Customs and import duties are charged by the receiving country and are therefore the buyer's responsibility. For more information on taxes contact the customs office.

Important notes
-  Orders can‘t be delivered to PO Boxes.
-  Delivery to rural areas can result in longer delivery times.
-  Payment on delivery is not available.

When orders are shipped through Lithuanian Regular Post, the shipping time is only approximate and is not definite. Ode to Sunday does not take responsibility for packages that are damaged, lost or held at customs. We are also not responsible for mistakes in shipping info or carrier mis-delivery errors. If you choose to ship via DHL Express Shipping
Ode to Sunday insures every purchase until it reaches you, which means we are fully responsible in case the item gets lost or broken during that time. All orders require your signature when delivered, from which point you become responsible for the shipment. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself, you accept that his/her signature is a reliable proof of delivery by Ode to Sunday.

Unfortunately, the shipping time for orders shipped through Lithuanian Regular Post is only approximate and not guaranteed. If you didn't receive your package for more than 30 days, please email us at

Non-collected items
If nobody is available to sign for your order, the postman or DHL courier will leave a card containing the shipment number in case they attempt to re-send it on the next working day or hold it at the local depot for you. Please get in touch with the delivery service as soon as possible to arrange a specific time of delivery.

If you do not collect the delivered package, we reserve the right to charge you and require to cover the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are usually not reffered to as refundable goods.

Non-collected orders that were returned to us can be re-sent after payment for the second shipment is received.

If you would like to return the item - you need to contact us at within 14 days after receiving it. Please provide your name, order number, and your reasons for returning it.

If the item you received is defective, was damaged during shipment or is different from the one you ordered, you have to contact us within 7 days after receiving it, with your order number and a photo of the garment.

We will refund you once we've received and accepted your return. When the exchange is complete we will notify you by email.

Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

NOTE: Standard shipping and DHL Express shipping are free when the order exceeds correspondingly 150eur or 250eur. But if you return a part or the whole order, then we will deduct the shipping price from the refunded sum. The size of the shipping price depends on the zone you are located in. Information about zones can be found in the section "Shipping".

Returns are only free of charge with Ode to Sunday's recommended returns service and only when the product is not the one you ordered or defective. In other cases the return costs are paid by the customer.

Please remember that the financial responsibility for the return is yours until the item reaches us, therefore, we recommend that you only use our postage labels and delivery service. You are responsible for ensuring that the items are received by us and not damaged in transit.

All returned items need to be in perfect condition to be eligible for a refund. This means: 
-  Clean (no perfume, deodorant or make-up stains)
-  Unworn
-  Unwashed
-  With attached tags & in original condition, suitable for re-sale

Items returned to us in an unfavorable condition will not be refunded and can be sent back to you at your cost.

If you don‘t agree to the terms of return and return the products without our knowledge, you are responsible for any additional costs (such as custom, import duties, etc.) and they will be deducted from the refundable amount.

Non-collected packages are usually not reffered to as refundable goods.

Products purchased at sale price are not eligible for return at any time.
